At British Supplements, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
